Well, I told him I didn't want his friendship any more. I wrote a long email explaining exactly why (needed to get it off my chest so I could shut the door on it more than anything).
He emailed back and asked me to put his books in the post.
Really cares, huh?!
The thing is, they are bloody huge, hardback books, and will cost me a fortune. He didn't post my things back last time we fell out, in fact didn't return them at all until we became friends again, so I begrudge paying a few quid for someone who has treated me badly for months.
Would it be out of order to seal them in a plastic envelope so they don't get wet or damaged, and tell him I will leave them outside for him? He only works 5 minutes away, so it wouldn't even be out of his way to collect them."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
*yawn* woke up about an hour ago, need to go to my book club in an hour, there should be some new people there.
Snaggles, I can't believe he did and said that to you, you really are better off without him.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
wrap them separately snags so they fit into the post box. Don't put any stamps on any of them.
