You could try https://www.ciao.co.uk
They send out emails to folk on their list with invitations to all sorts of surveys (all on the internet), although the remuneration is not really very much (often <<£1). Most of the surveys are quite quick however, and I haven't noticed any significant level of spam due to it.
Their main function is getting people to review things on their website (anything really from toasters to holidays) as a sort of 'consumer service'. I expect they make their money through links to buy the various products. You can make more cash by reviewing appliances etc. that you have and if people rate them as 'helpful' you get a few pence more!
I haven't really used them much but over the last year or so I have made a tenner from when I can be bothered to do a survey! If anyone else has experience with Ciao (good or bad) I'd be interested to hear.0 -
I'm registered with ciao, and I've always found them to be good. Frequent surveys and I've just received a payment for £31.950

with the mobile channel I've had a couple of £1.50 surveys in the last couple of days which is the first in a while. I also got a free bluetooth headset not long ago for a trial aswell. (That said they are pretty much all mobile related so probably not as often as Ciao might be)0

http://www.emysteryshopper.com
I have just recieved an invite to do a shopping survey (high street and online) and it pays £30 a month for each one (this particular survey lasts for 3 months) I have already been paid for shopping on ebay, they gave me £4 towards payment and £3 fee's. I highly recommend this site, they always have surveys for different companys.
A few more that I know about and enjoy benefits from are:

http://www.surveysdownunder.com/ have a good look around this site, it has lots of links to paid survey sites etc, you have to have a good search.

http://www.iap-interactive.com/uk/home.asp I have recieved about £20 in boots vouchers off these so far, and have another £20 or so to collect!
This should be enough to keep you going0 -

Hi woby_tide!
Could you post the link for this website when you get chance, please? Sounds promissing, especially the free bluetooth type of offers! ;D

I haven't collected a payment from these as yet, but you do get paid to even receive SMS, so I registerd an interest in almost everything possible. Then I just delete the texts.
I am also on Ciao, as mentioned above, you get paid for surveys and for opinions - I earned £11 in about 2 months, very little work. Payment was by BACS into my bank account.
Gozing is another, I haven't had many surveys from them yet, but got paid $3.50 (via paypal, so just converts when I buy on ebay), for about ten minutes work.0 -
Many thanx zeldazog for the link! 8) Being paid to receive SMS texts is even better! ;D ::)
Also checking out your other link http://www.gozing.com/
