Hi,
I began looking at this site on Boxing Day 2006 (my LBM) when I was in an absolute state about how I had got myself into so much debt by the age of 23 (at the time). With a reasonable job I had lived well beyond my means for a while (throughout uni and since) and had racked up a £2500 credit card, £3000 credit card, £9000 car loan and £1500 overdraft.
I have never actually written on this site before now but, just over three years on, I am now totally debt free and I have to say that a huge amount of my motivation and help for doing so has come from all you wonderful people on this site. With all your help, suggestions, reassuring messages and support in letting everyone know they are not alone I have managed to get myself out of a situation - at the time - I could only see spiralling.
So I just wanted to write on here and say thank you so so so much for everything - you are all amazing and so suppportive - keep going everyone..... It really is possible.
