Weekly Spend Challenge W/C 14th Feb 2010

It's only Tuesday and I've already spent quite a bit! I spent £8 on a pub lunch on Sunday, 5 in Morrisons, 5 to a colleague's bday collection and £5 to top up my work swipe card which will cover lunch at work this week. Not too much left to play around with, but that will encourage me to stay out of the shops!

Well - had to give my DH £5.00 the other day as he had no cash - so am down to £10 - but that little note is still intact and in my purse:T. Have been to Toys R Us today with DSs but they spent birthday/pocket money..and I spent zilch!!!

Have spent on groceries & petrol - but these are budgeted spends..so don't count;)

Don't intend going anywhere to spend any money tomorrow either....I've finally grasped the fact that going to the shops 'just for a look round' = spending money!! Simple really x

Yep my £15 still intact too but a few birthday/baby cards to buy tomorrow and lunch with my old housemate if I don't get called into work.

Not much to report other than £2.50 spent in canteen at work. I have my lunch with me today so hopefully low or no spends.

I ended up spending 95p on soup to go with my pasta as it was so cold today. Then 3.39 on food for dinner. Total 4.34

2.05 on a birthday card, 1.29 on candles, 1.10 on chocolate and crisps at work.... 10.56 left for the week.
