    I shall have to try harder at this. I went out at lunchtime (and LORD did it feel like a furnace where I was.....jeeeeeeze) trying to repeat the mantra in my head.

    I managed to get sucked into Tescos and spend £3.27.

    I'm thinking this chanting thing might kinda help (with the possible exception of that Minnie!) so I think a good chant is in order! Not really satisfied with previous attempt, not positive enough, so here goes:

    Booked a hotel via quidco last night, singing mantra as I did it - hotel I wanted & at the cheapest price anyway, so well happy.....

    Looked tonight, tranasction on there .......

    REJECTED!!!!!!!!

    Very unamused.

    Still, 'money is staying with me' worked today as no spend!!!
