What if her partner is aslo an NRP paying £5 a week would that be enough for her not to pay.
 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )
  • Now here's interesting
"the decision on whether a deduction from a non-resident Parents benefit is applicable lies solely with the office for administering the benefit"
Direct quote from a letter from complaints, so if an officer decides she shouldn't have to pay she doesn't, yet an employer can't behave in the same way.

If benefits are joint, then they can't deduct twice. i believe it is possible to deduct less than a fiver per week, but not more.
  • Hey she's the second of 3 she's "let" me take over.
She chose her Boyfriend over her son 10 years before that.

Anyone have an address to complain to ?

wow, shocking. Its women like that who give us a bad name!!!
Be who you are, say what you feel, those who mind don't matter, those who matter don't mind.
They say that talking to yourself is a sign of mental illness. So I talk to the cats instead.
