My initial response would be to suggest looking into direct sales (Avon, Usborne children's books, Betterware etc), although as you say you have no transport and not many neighbours, that might not work so well for you.
If you have some money to spare, you could look at buying items wholesale and selling them online.
Do you do any crafts? Again, that's something that you might be able to sell.
Could you do ironing or cleaning for other people?
Have a look on the £100 to £10,000 for ideas if you want to sell things.0 -
Hi XxStephxX,
Along the same lines as well as what LizD suggested - do you like creating and making things such as Jewellery? Please correct my spelling if I have this wrong but there is a site that you can sell Jewellery and other craft products on called Esty? There are others also
Cleaning could be good if there are few neighbours in particular elderly ladies and gents who would appreciate a trustworthy cleaner and with there being few people where you live you could be the only good one around.
What about child minding - this could fit around your son
Have you an interest in childrens' books or toys - there are some great companies like Usbourne where you can take the books they sell to playgroups, nurseries and schools where your son may attend
A cup of coffee, chat and a nose at the products with the other parents while your children are playing - lovely
Have a think of what skills and interests you have and make a list - you'll be surprised at what ideas might pop up at you
Good luck

If you have a free car parking space at home you can rent it out and park your car somewhere else. Also, the same if you have a garage some is bound to work close to where you live and you could make petrol money or pocket money out of it.0

I would also like to suggest to try out affiliate marketing. I don't know much about how it works but I have been hearing a lot about it and you can earn money and sell items without shelling out any money.Im currently looking for ways to make money from home, i live in a very small village with only around 50 people and have no transport to get anywhere but iv been racking my brains as to how i can up my income from home so i can still spend time with my son. It is defined as:Affiliate Marketing is a revenue sharing venture between a website owner and an online merchant. The website owner will place advertisements on his websites to either help sell the merchant's products or to send potential customers to the merchant's website, all in exchange for a share of the profits.
You may want to research about some companies or merchants that offer that type of program.

Two options: affiliate marketing or freelance writing. It would be a waste for me to go into details on how to do either because there is so much info online on both. Just do some research and you'll find everything you need to get started.0
