I have just bought this dress on ebay. I think it is going to be slightly too small but i have 10 months to slim into it, I have no idea if the style will suit me but i loved it and for a bargain price i didn't think i could pass it up! Have i made a big mistake by buying on impulse or do you think a bargain is worth the risk?

Beautiful dress ! I've done something similar - got a bargain dress in a bridal sale that is too small. I need to loose weight. Keep trying it on every few weeks and its getting better but still have 3 inches to loose before it does up lol. I have about 15 weeks so less time but its getting there! If all else fails I can get it altered.

    WELL DONE!

  • Thanks it was £50 in the end and i gave myself a budget of £100 so i think i did fairly well! I'm not really a dress wearing person so wanted something beautiful but not too wedding dressy if you know what i mean i'm just hoping it lives up to the photos when it arrives!

Hiya Binky! I got my dress last March and I'm not getting married until this October!

Mine was an impulse buy and cost me £50 too lol!

I keep looking at others, but then keep looking at mine, knowing that I do love it and it is 'me' whereas others I love are beautiful dresses, but aren't me if that makes sense? x
