I've had salmon for my tea and now need to do the dishes..........
May get done tonight0 -
Can't believe that I've not been on since teatime yesterday. Looks like lots of people are still in need of hugs, so please, help yourself.
Pigpen - hope you find a way out of this muddle soon. You really have enough to contend with already.
Greenbee - find an alternative hobby to cake decorating for a while? One with a more male clientele?
I managed to get my list down to one page on a word document yesterday - until adding today's and tomorrow's.Too long to post, still. I'm cross with myself that I had to put my electrician friend off. Can't tidy the DR properly without having the cellar sorted, but can't sort the cellar until there's space in the DR to put stuff, IYSWIM. Also don't want friends to see DS2's room in this state, so it will take ages to get stuff done.
I spent a couple of hours last night to plan the revision session, went to work for 8am this morning to finish typing stuff up, printing off and copying. Back home by 1pm, absolutely shattered and CBA to do anything. All DH wants to do on days off is to go to some shopping centre or other. No interest in walks, playing with kids or maybe helping me to get stuff done in the house. So we all ended up asleep until I got up to do tea. Definitely some bug or other lurking. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be more productive.
Before bedtime I will finish S&S kitchen after tea (still looking good) and look at new French pronunciation CD ROM.0 -

Pigpen - glad you have managed to get something sorted.
Jo- poor pooch. I hope he has learnt his lesson. My sister's border has chomped his way through everything from paracetamol to pile cream and lived to tell the tale!!
Thanks for all the good wishes re the smear result. A weight of my mind. Sadly a girl my OH grew up with passed away last year at the age of 29 from Cervical Cancer. We found out she had lost her battle the same day I got my abnormal result and it really brought it home to me how important keeping up to date with smear test is. It's not the nicest test but to be honest, I prefer it to getting my teeth descaled!!

DH does take a bag with him but is at the mercy of thoughtless workmates who think it's perfectly reasonable for him to travel between Carlisle and Plymouth on the same day. He said he would be home for DD1's return. She's disappointed he's not here, she's bought him a present. She's quietly pleased as I've cleared alot of toot from her room. I had great fun reading all her hello and OK magazines:D She's pleased all the dirty clothes are gone but less pleased that I haven't ironed them yet!! I'm more pleased as I have rescued 11 cups, glasses, bowls and plates from under the bed. They had to have a very hot industrial DW to get rid of all the nasties growing on them.
DS1 has gone to play snooker at a friend's house, hopefully it will keep him in good frame of mind but I hope he's not back too late or he'll oversleep for his paper round (again).
Got new fan belt for Dyson and broke 3 finger nails failing to get it on. DMIL is lending me her hoover tomorrow.0
