Not sure this is the right place. I won £50 voucher off Fabstuff and they sent the code to me after it was lost in the post. Now I've chosen my stuff and it came to under £50 and they still want £4.50 p&P off me and my credit card details. Now is that right ?

I'm only guessing but could there have been something in the terms and conditions to state that delivery was not included?
Hope you get it sorted.Eleventh Heaven No. 321

How much does it cost altogether if you add the £4.50 delivery cost to your current total, is it over £50, if so, then yes of course you have to pay the difference, as you would have gone over your allowed total.
If its not then email Fabstuff and ask whether their vouchers cover delivery charges.
Hopefully they may be able to sort something out to cover the delivery charge if its not covered by the voucher.July Wins - Stargate Universe DVD Set0 -

with a lot of competitions delivery cost isn't included so yes it probably is right.. what did terms and conditions say?
I won a £50 'voucher' for rare fashion from the company daily comp in december. There were no terms and condiitons on the website and then i received email with the 'voucher in' - conditions were as follows: The terms and conditions that have been sent to me are as follows:
- The voucher can only be used in one transaction, and will be deducted from the basket total.
- The basket total must come to £50 or more, delivery cost not included.
- If the total of the basket comes to more than £50 then the remaining balance will need to be paid.
This really annoyed me as meant I had to spent money to claim tthe prize (getting the total to exacttly £50 was pretty impossible) and meant it was really a £50 discount not a £50 voucher.
I complained to the PR company and after some hassle they ended up letting me choose anything up to £50 and gave me free delivery - worth contacting them! I didn't want to spend money to claim a prize!2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
