I am making low fat banana cake, literally as I type. The receipe is American and says all purpose flour is that plain? also says baking soda, is that baking powder or bicarb of soda? and is in cups as a measurement should I use a teacup type size cup?

it said cook for 60-70 mins I did it for 70 it had a cake like exterior but the inside was wet and doughy, infact it looked like the banana before I mashed it.AKA: PC

Thanks for the cup conversion, my OH reckons there was too much banana in it, I'm going to try a different receipe instead, I am trying to get something similar to a Starbucks skinny muffin that are gorgeous.AKA: PC
