Hmm...I'm having a dilemma which has nothing to do with the challenge but I think you'll be the best people to ask...
So, I cooked OH's sausages. Let the oven heat up to 190 like it said, cooked for 35 minutes, it said 30. The top looks fine, but underneath, they are very pale. Almost white...they taste okay, had to leave them a while to boil potatoes so they aren't hot but they are warm all the way through and it doesn't taste raw, not that I'd know what that tastes like.
Now I've got my potatoes and gravy and mint sauce and sausages, I don't want to microwave them or put them back in the oven cuz it'll make the gravy all nasty and look like blood clots...
So do you think they are safe to eat?Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
