well tidying the house for the viewers 3.45 and 4.15 kids think its great if its not raining they get to walk to shop for sweets just a shame they are not big enough to take german sheperd with them. i have also put a note of interest in on a house we like so lets see maybe this will be mine and munchkis lucky weekend
going to have lunch and then get started again
im interested in the books though except i would probably sit and read for a year and not move just think if they are useless you can use thenm for lighting the bbq and sell them as that at boot sales
have a good read at night then use to set bbq alightSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -
ok back for a quick read!
lol elly - think that is going to be my downfall, I am a self confessed bookworm! They are being dropped off at about 2, had a call from the seller this morning to say, "you do know it will probably take 2-3 van loads to get them all?" I am biginning to think I may be in over my head!!
Got braces when I was 12 ad they reshuffled all my teeth, but then wisdom teeth have grown sort of in the bck of my jaw, they are only part visible, makes brushing a nightmare, think it is time to have them taken out, very painful!!:(
Right off to clear some room for books, oh and also just to be a pain, I have a chest freezer being delivered at 4, don't know what sort of shuffling I am going to have to do to get it all in the house!
Anyone want any LP's? The place I am getting the books from posted this on Freegle this morning:
Lowestoft book recycling business has a large quantity of vinyl LPs to dispose of. There are 8/10 boxes that haven't been checked or tested apart from to note that they seem to be mostly classical or 'older generation' artists. Space is urgently needed so they must be collected asap.
I have the phone number for them, don't know who was wanting to experiment with crafts and LP's, but it would just be a case of postage, amy even be some resaleable ones in there, but I am maxed out with books so am going to have to pass!
Edit: think it was 2cats, if you did want some would get a box for you and cart as many as I can down with me when I visit my mum on the 7th.
Rachel - will let you know when they get here, got a feeling I will need lots of help, payment in books?? lol thanks xturn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -

Does anyone have any experience of good or bad courier services?
Had a quick look at parcel to go but could do with knowing if there are any that you've had a bad experience with or good experience with.
Thanks

I can recommend interparcel.... for their basic they use UPS....
I think the test of a good courier is when things go wrong....
Parcels go missing, it happens but if you have good customer service to make up for that......
Parcel 2 go are okay, just dont use HNDL who now also own DHL.... they seem not to be able to cope with the volume.... but forget about getting any money back from P2G as they make it very difficult to claim....sealed pot challange #572!Garden fund - £0!!:D£0/£10k0
