nixi, make yourself a cup of tea - sounds like you are more shocked than she is. Take a while to calm down and then see if her nose needs to be checked out. Any chance she has broken it?0

nixinix deep breaths, it has probably traumatised you more so than her. Couple of hours she will have forgotten all about it. Kids are brilliant for letting things just bounce off them and being so resiliant (sp?)0

Oh Nix, I can't think of anything helpful to say...
Grab yourself a cuppa and some chocolate, and try to calm down...
The first aider in me says is she breathing noisily through her nose? Or does she seem fine now? Bless her. Wish I was around to give you both a cuddle.

Ahh bless her, it does sound like you are more traumatised than her though. I think if she had broken it, she would still be screaming now. Don't worry, have a big cuddle with her on the sofa xxxVirtual sealed pot challenge 2010 member #48~ £72.62:)£10,000 in 2010~ £1177.36/£10,000:D

Thank you all - calming down now as OH is home, and had a cuppa tea too. She is fine, no noisey breathing (thank you saucy). She has said her neck and toe is sore, so will keep an eye her, but think her nose looks worse than it actually is as she is wiping and blowing it without any problems or complaints. I was stood 2 foot from her, heard a crash and looked round and she was trapped in the dishwasher......really scared me. Thanks all. Just need to stop shaking. Getting our kitchen finished (been this way for nearly 18months snce we moved in and took a wall down and then ran out of money!) has just jumped up the priority list...next time might not be so lucky.Life is a work in progress0

Sorry to have hijacked the thread....all ok now, 99% sure she is absolutely fine. I am going to go and read up the last few pages I have missed. Thank you all.....:)Life is a work in progress0

Glad to hear that
Don't worry about the thread, I hijack it all the time! She sounds fine, now you can put OH on babysitting duty and have some you time!
I'm doing well at getting things done. Can't decide which paper to use for Mabel, though...have so many too choose from! Almost finished the cat one, I love it. (Is that allowed if I made it? Lol)
Making mothers day cards too. Worth a try!Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -
Glad she's ok Nixi :-)
oooh exciting!!! Which papers are you choosing between? Narrow it down to three and try to describe them and I'll choose!! I am soooo excited!!! :-)

Hugs Nixi, glad she is ok considering. I hate it when near misses happen cos I keep thinking what could have happened. She will just be thinking about what actually happened if she thinks about it at all whereas you will have already run through the other scenarios that could have happened.
Can she have some kind of warm wrap for her neck or is she a bit young for that?
Take it easy
