Mimms, I would say if you're in a quandry. pay off the small card. One less debt complete, and if that means having an empty pot, that just means having an empty pot. It won't stay empty forever. I bet the interest on the card is higher than the interst in your pot.

mimms - good for you getting yourself organised, broadband from talktalk is costing me £6.49 a month, I think, service is diabolical, but hey its cheap!

Edit: Check out the cshback sites, some are offering £70 to switch and they are just as cheap

Im with talk talk, its definetely cheap. Just a shame they are complete prats when it comes to customer service. We dont have a BT LL either so it cost £60 split between 2 bills. They sometimes run offers which allow free connection.

Sent OH to get my road tax, yay no walking in the snow for me!!

Oh dear I fear i may be part of the jumble sale department very soon lol I have just bought a bundle of clothes on ebay, about to bid on a second and there is a third later!!! Only paid 99p for the first 2nd is a little bit dearer and third is still only on 99p so could be a real bargain :) although will have to sell from my personal account as think people will think I am very very cheeky to re sell as seperates x

    thats true shell!
i think its beacuse i get such a buzz from seeing the amount in the pot going up, im afraid ill lose my motivation if i 'start the pot again' i know its daft, just me and my silly mind games!! ha ha
i dont need to pay anything else off the cards till the end of march so maybe if i carry on building the pot throughout march, i wont notice much if i take a little chunk to pay off the smallest debt in full at the end of march???????

Mimms Try sky if you want an all in one package including tv, you often get a free gift too. If you don't go for full tv I think it works out quite reasonable for all three xx

I am the same when I see my wages go in, unfortunately the bills all come out same day faster than I can blink. But the saving in interest is also money towards challange so write it all on paper and the total won't seem so bad xx

  • I've tidied the bed...now there is piles of materials all around me, and I can't move or something will fall, lol. Still, I'm being productive, and I'm happy :)

I know what you mean about bills, though. Stress :(
