Also could you change clothes/ borrow clothes and go back to pub for a job?? If they aren't interested you don't need to go back there ever.

lilac was up at Letham - what a boorich! 45p a meter i think for the crystals on a wire. Sister was in Perth today there is a bead shop there (dont know what it was called or where) but she said it was brilliant think there were tiaras etc for about a £1 and the lady was really helpful - can find out about it if you like. Did you catch my post about the Bead Fair at the Arts Centre in Perth on teh 14th - they are also doing masterclasses etc

munchki, go for it. Doesn't sound like things could get much worse, and they could get a whole lot better. There were posts earlier with job vacancies, and places to stay and all sorts.

Also, I have a brother sewing machine. I wonder would my lead fit your machine if you borrowed it for a bit? (See, I told you I wasn't going to let go with this LOL)

remind me on monday please, if you dont mind that is and I will take a look at my machine at the other house! That is really kind of you, but arent you using yours?

Oh thank you, never thought of that actually. it is the power cable and foot pedal, both one unit if I remember right.

Anyone on Freecycle who could ask too? I really must get around to joining....

And I rarely use mine, munchki. I only use it for shortening curtains and stuff, anyway, although I have a load of baby shoes that I cut out meaning to stitch and sell and then the CDs took over my life and they are still sitting there cut but unstitched weeks later.
