screen select and free dvd enquiry

hi
first off i'm not sure this is the right place but i wasn't sure where to put this so feel free to move if its incorrectly placed.
right on to my query, my mother signed up to a screen select rental offer which she noticed on this site which offered a months rental and a free dvd, which she thinks was a childrens dvd. she signed up and completed the trial ok but still hasn't received the free dvd, as she can't remember which dvd was offered i thought i'd ask you all on here if any of you can remember which dvd it could possibly be so that i can get on to them and ask nicely where its got to
any help appreciated
