    Right sent a letter and accompanying form to both creditor and court.

    For a redetermination within 14 days, you only need to send a letter to the court manager. The form isn't necessary, as that is for a "variation" application if outside the 14 days.

    No harm done though. :)

    Got a letter from the creditor today accepting my £35, they want it starting tomorrow though even though i said the 25th of march, I'll ring them in the morning, got a police fine to get rid of tomorrow which has to take priority.

    Hi, if you do not pay the CCJ the creditor can take you back to court for a variation and demand the whole sum (a forthwith order) again.

    You MUSt talk to the court today.
