That makes sense mate, therefore you are right in that the only people that will correct these mistakes (they are classed as mistakes) is the CRA's - not the lender or the DCA.

Point is, you got it sorted which is the main thing here

I made the comment regarding the CRA's as Experians usuall approach is to say the creditor has informed us that the information is correct. Please contact them direct.

You must have got an helpful advisor which beleive me is rare when it comes to them!

I agree with this sentiment

I usually deal direct with Lee Hancock from Directors Office who is good at sorting out 50 odd incorrect defaults etc :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl:
