Hi All. i've just set up a DMP and still getting a few letters through. Ive made 2 payments (jan and feb) so far. My bank have called my parents home today- where i used to live when i opened the account and loan, ive updated all the details online and taken their number off. They called asking for me to get intouch as its very urgent.
Can't be worrying my parents at the moment with my money trouble, is there anything i can do to make sure they dont call their home again.???
thanks.

Right now, and only as it is a bank and not a DCA, i would phone them (but make sure you withhold your number).
Ask them why they are contacting you at such and old address.
Are you doing the DMP though CCCS or Payplan? If so i would inform the bank that they are dealing with your DMP and any questions should be directed to them.
If you're not with them, i would refuse to answer any questions on your accounts and say you have been advised that all communication must be in writing only. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
