Not happy wth British Airways :-(

Hello All,
Back in November I won a pair of British Airways flights in a competition run by British Airways (BA).
I could from around 10 places in Europe to visit from London.
A month after winning the price I emailed to say where we would like to go and when, however nearly 2 months after winning the price British Airways still wont confirm the booking.
I have emailed several times and British Airways are still waiting for the booking to be confirmed.
Not impressed at all!!!

Sorry to hear of the bother your having.
Would you maybe try and contact somebody by telephone as it might be easier to get it resolved if you speak to someone or maybe send a letter by snail mail to the CEO.
