if i was to apply for a mortgage?
i am 22, have a full time job earning a base salary of £12646. i also recieve £500 ish a month in tax credits and child benefit.

house i am wanting is around £67000

assuming you have a 5% deposit an estimate would be 87,636 including your wftc's but please reemember these could be withdrawn at any point in future especially after a change of leadership/government.

If you took just your salary you could get around 59,500

this is assuming you have no credit commitments currently

You need to deduct £141 x 12 = £1692 from your gross income before applying any income multiples from the lenders
