The National Hunters are an organisation who calim to be profit free but they are owned by Experian who make billions. They operate to detect fraud. All the banks and buidling societies send all mortgage applications to them. If they decide that it has any anomolies on the form they then send your form back and label you suspect. You then get turned down, they will also then share your info with other banks etc. Your bak or building society will deny all knowledge of them. What you then can do is ask for a data protection Subject ACCES REQUEST. It will cost you a tenner. When you have the evidence that your bakn or building society has actually shared information you can then report them to the ICO data protection Commisoner. Google National Hunters Limited. No telephone Number or address, just a PO box in Stoke. Nasty bit of work to be honest0

(I have a thread in my name!! Albeit dedicated by a schizo - I feel honoured)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I have mentioned before that the MSE forum member, never-in-doubt, has considerable experience in dealing with these matters.
The first step may be to request a subject access request. But then what ?

Im sure there is someone on here who feels they might have been declined a mortgage as a result of this company.
You might want to see one of the 15 threads where they have mentioned it.
For the love of god I cant quite remember who it was though, sorry.
