I may be mistaken but they look like regular 'glass' beads, the microbeads refered to in the recipe state polystyrene beads

Ooops my mistake sorry, when it said micro beads I thought it meant these things.

Never mind, I have a Smooshie pillow that DD hates, I'll take that apart instead :D

Aw, Moggins - I thought you'd found it too. I spent ages looking for it last night and found everything but! Did you know that you can buy HUGE polystyrene balls and eggs and all sorts!!!
Hoping my little un won't catch on to this 'craze' ;)
Will keep my eyes and ears open for micro beads for the rest of you tho'.

I noticed in the entertainer toy shop they sell single tubs - big ones for a fiver and small ones for 3 quid. In wimbledon branch they were on the till desk.

    HTH!!

I have looked for the polysyrene micro beads , but no joy. I did however find a microbead cushion in homebargains that was reasonable. That could be taken apart.

    Hi:)
I'm looking to get some Floam for my son for his birthday.
    It's a bit pricey isn't it!
I have now seen it at my local tesco for 3.75 a pot so might get some.
Is the poundshop stuff any good?
    :)

The poundshop stuff is great! I bought it for me (my daughter isn't keen on it) a little tub of purple floam that I can squeeze and stretch and make into a ball and bounce :)
