28inch + TV - Best available!!

Hi,

I am moving house shortly and am looking to buy a new TV. I am looking to spend around £400. Anyone have any ideas of the best one for the money - I am looking for something around 28inch or bigger.

If its flat panel you want, start saving a bit more. If you want an old style CRT telly, go for the Toshiba 28YT56. Itsa about £400 in Currys, and is digital

  • Hi thanks for the reply. Not really bothered about flat panel. Have found the same TV with stand and freeview for £310 so this could be a good one to go for.

I've got a Bush 32" CRT and find that excellent - think it cost about £280. Has integrated Freeview too - no more messing about with 2 remotes!

Try eBay, they go kinda cheap on there. Well, they wree the last time I looked. Thats if your prepared to buy a used one, or look at the discounts thread and use a site from there, you could probably get a better deal than the big guns such as currys, argos.
