if you are making estimations from the countdown clock, its best to assume slightly more downloads have made than the clock suggests, therefore bringing your estimation time forward

There will be some problems when this gets close to the target...the servers will be roasting under the mass of entries. The clock may be seriously behind if that's the case....these things happen with most comps don't they?

So I think this would mean anyone who registered to help reach the 10 billion could win? OP says you don't have to buy songs either.

The T/C are clear I think

BUT that last part is nonsense because the number of entries has nothing to do with the chances of winning if only that one entry timed well is the winner?
