Sent CCA request to DCA they returned saying i need to send it to OC is this right ?

    As they are acting for the creditor, they have a legal obligation to pass on the request and fee to Egg.

    They are just trying to squirm out of it.

    Send then the reminder/non-compliance letter after 12 + 2 days if they are still trying to collect.

    Returning/refusing the £1 fee does not absolve them from their obligations.
