    Some people have thier other half (not on the mortgage) status as 'lodger', and certain lenders can consider this as income.

    Bit like MP's do!

    Ask your IFA about this, although tbh IFA's tend not to have the dedicated specialist knowledge as more than 50% of thier time is spent on insurance, pensions and investments.

    I would'nt recommend you use a loan but I am bound to comment on the reality thats lots of people do.
