La Redoute

Just got their catalogue which is great but when I put in an order they told me they charge for delivery. Can anyone advise if I can get free delivery and returns with this company?
Thanks.

sometimes they send order codes for free delivery but otherwise u pay. it is free to return but u still have to pay the postage & packing for having the item delivered in the first place even if u return the item. they do, however, operate an exchange order policy where if u return something u can order somehing else as an exchange (not necessarily the same thing, can be something completely different) & not incur a further postage charge. if u do that u can't use an order code, say for a free gift or discount, on the replacement order. HTH.

i don't think it's changed since i worked there apart from the postage has gone up & the service has gone down!

oh, if you are not desperate for the item i would wait cos usually if u don't order they send better order codes out to tempt you!

I don't know about free delivery, But good luck in trying to return something, I have been waiting 6 weeks for them to collect something. (supposed to be 5 - 7 working days), I am fed up with phoning them, I wouldn't mind so much if i had had them on account, But i paid upfront. I will never use them again.
