Hello. I recently received a letter from CCS Collect regarding a bookclub which, apparently, I did not fullfill my obligation to. It's one of those clubs where you buy some cheap books and then must buy so many more in the year. I think I only had to buy two more, but CCS are demanding £152.
Does anyone know what I can do? I am happy to buy the remaining books, but I am certainly not paying £152 for them.
