ICE - Complaint Complete

ICE have now completed their investigations into my complaint about the CSA - I have received a 17 page document from ICE, although it isn't a 100% successful outcome I am pleased with their findings, and as a result of these findings I am to expect apologies from CSA on a number of matters. The CSA have been told to respond to me before 16th February, 4 days to go.....are we taking bets whether I will receive a response or not? After all, the staff have been garbage all the way through the process since my complaint was submitted in September 2008, they are currently ignoring my MP !!

My dealings with CSA should hopefully come to an end later this year and I can be safe in the knowledge that these people will be out of my hair for good.

After you have had time to ponder ICE findings and perhaps are not happy, you can go the Parliamentary Ombudsman, especially if the CSA do not act upon ICE's recommendations.

Anyway this requires a virtual drinkie-poo..Cheers :beer::beer::beer:

You will get your appol but it wont change a thing, I have a pile of them. It is just a hoop they have to jump through and means nothing to them at all!
