Can anyone help, my endowment time has run out. I have just received a letter from Zurich stating that my time has run out and they wont be investigating my concerns.
The letter does detail the time scales and the fact that they have informed me, which they have.
Is there anything I can do? or am i really to late
Regards

If the time bar is valid, then there is little you can do at this stage. If you think it has been applied incorrectly you could do a Vinno. Or you could wait to see if someone challenges the legality of the time bar. All of which may not happen or if it does could take years. By which time, your endowment (almost certainly unit linked being Zurich) would probably be back in surplus and the insurers wouldnt have to pay anything out if even the complaint was upheld. Some are in that position already.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. thankyou very much for your advise. Im not quite up with the lingo but what is a vinno? When I took out my endowment they predicted 9.25%, with this inmind do you think it will still perform?0

Vinno is a regular contributor here who took Friends Prov to court on the time bar and won.
What investment fund(s) do you have as it isnt the endowment that makes or loses money. Its where you invest that does.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
