Reclaim expenses from HMRC for Laundry Expenses

Maybe not posted in the right place, but I've just found out that employees who wear a uniform as part of their job can claim back £60.00 per year from HMRC for Laundry expenses. See HMRC EIM32485. You can claim back to Tax Year 2004/05

Any idea how you would go about making a claim? I've only been wearing a uniform for the past year or so but it would be useful to be able to claim back for the costs of maintaining it.....
