Want to remortgage on a Non Standard Build

I currently own a property that is a non Standrd Build. It is a terraced house that is a Jesperson Concrete Build. As such I ended up having to go with London Scottish on a rather rubbish Deal. I have got a massive tie in for the first 3 years or my mortgage, but this is soon coming to an end. I would like to go with another lender on a more flexable deal if possible. One where I can over pay to reduce the mortgage debt. Does any one know of any lenders who will lend on this type of property?
Cheers.
Cheers.

I had one of these last year, which a more mainstream lender entertained. Best bet is to find a decent broker for this. If you have the original valuation to hand that can be submitted up front to save time, even though a new val will still be required.0
