Hi CCStar, what kind of lino is it? You might have to strip it and then reseal. The company you bought it off might be able to advise as to products etc.Context is all.

Try white spirit or even a little drop of petrol if you have some in a can. Much better solvents than alcohol. Test it first in an out of the way area to make sure it doesn't damage the lino itself.
EDIT: Also try nail varnish remover - acetone is another excellent solvent for some compounds.0 -
I have emailed them, got their phone number and address.
It is just another flipping hassle - things are so badly made, why put a strong blue dye in a mop:(
