    asked someone at work about it who used to be a hairdresser and hairdressing tutor. She felt the peroxide to base colour mix was wrong (too much peroxide in the mix used on my roots). A semi-permanent will do the trick as long as I choose a shade or so darker. Such a shame as either colour looks great! Mind you, OH hasn't even commented either way so it's either less noticeable than I think or he's been less observant than normal.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I hope you all have a fab time at the party. I hope someone posts some pics, on here as well as FB, so we can all see the glam.

    Happy birthday Bun, its not as bad as it sounds, had my 40th last year and am still surviving, just!

    Perhaps sometime I'll make a trip over from sunny Belfast and catch you all in the flesh.
