it doesnt matter....I respect people who can and choose to do it for as little as poss....BUT I want to know what I can get away with

Do the CCCS online debt remedy thing and put the amounts that you think you need and It will soon tell you if it's not acceptable. For example the max limit for a family of 4 for groceries is £400 but you can put extra in for lunches etc.
