Hi - I only recently joined this survey site and accumulated enough points to redeem £15. This was on 26th January and I gave details so it could be paid directly into my bank account. I have still not received it and e-mailed them twice but never heard anything.
I wondered if anyone else used this site and how long it usually takes to receive the money. Thanks
