Okay, so basically I've read it and unless I'm a bit thick, the IPA can be varied the entire time of the IPA. :(

On a another point from the OR's tech mannual, am I write in that if it looks like my priority expenditure it very close to amount of my total income I claim to have, then they suggest the OR should look deeper, i.e the person is likely just trying to wriggle out of an IPA?

Hey, can someone have a look at my new SOA above. As it turns out I may have to move anyway as I spoke to my landland about going BR and the OR contacting her to confirm my rent and she wasn't to happy (they don't declare myself and the tenants to the tax so I think they don't want a paper trail back to them).

It looks fairly reasonable to me, nothing jumps out at me as being wrong.

As regards the landlord, if they are not declaring the tax i would stay put where you are how are they going to kick you out without drawing attention to themselves

Thanks again debtinfo. Well I'd rather stay but if the landlord doesn't/won't reply to the OR's request for confirmation then isn't that going to cause problems with their investigation and delay things? I wouldn't have said anything to her except that I don't have a contract/tenancy agreement I can just give the OR as proof and because they insist we pay in cash each month, I don't even have any cheque or DD transactions on my bank account as proof of what I'm paying.

The OR isn't going to report the landlord, it doesn't work like that. But if they ask you to leave and you dont what are they going to do, go through the courts for an eviction, they would be much better just giving the OR a letter saying you are living there but have no written formal agreement
