Credit Check - without Credit Card

Hi guys,
First post, so apologies if this is in the wrong place, I did take a look around first!
I need to get a credit check with somewhere like Experian, however, they need you to enter credit card details to do this.
I dont have a Credit Card, havent had one for 3 years. I have bad credit, though.
What can I do?
Thanks

Do you have a Visa or Maestro debit card? You should be able to use that. Experian seems to accept them
