CCJ is now Satisfied. Can I get a mortgage?

I have had a CCJ, which has all now been paid off and been removed from my credit file. I waited 6 years for this to be removed! Can I apply for a mortgage from a high street bank now?

Anyone can apply, as long as your overall situation is sound and your score high enough.
Good luck.0 -

Your credit score will be determined by a lender. Forget those muppet versions Equifax hand out as lenders use thier own system.
No one can predict whether you'll get a mortgage. Some lenders such as Abbey are very much druiven by computer credit scoring whereas others can take a more 'Human'common sense appraoch.0
