Printed voucher help please

With this weeks shortage of vouchers in papers I was wondeing does tesco self scan scan printed vouchers?If so has anyone kindly got any links.Many thanks.Holidays are rapidly approaching and kids are going to eat me out of house and home.

Whether they'll scan or not will usually depend on the quality of your printer. Whether Tesco will take them will depend on an individual store's policy.

Edited to say: They should work on Tesco Self Scan but havn't tried asdas yet - going on sat or sun so will post then!

Should they therefore have a notice up instore? I've never seen one.

i have had no problems using them at tesco checkouts, but on some self-scan tills when you scan a coupon an assistant comes over in my store. not sure if its the same in every store but it normally depends on the assistant you get some are great and others are a jobsworth!!

I use some printed vouchers at the Self Service checkouts in Tesco's. I have never dared to try them with an assistant, as they can be so fussy with 'real' ones.

Many thanks I shall try some in absence of newspaper coupons this week.Kids are off school in a week so I need to be as frugal this week as I can as theyll eat me out of house and home for rest of summer.
