hi if your looking to save money on having treatments or be a model for hairdressers most colleges that have hairdressing courses need models and its very cheap or if you go into a salon they might have a junior training and theres professional people watching and checking to make sure there no problems

Would seem to be the case. My OH just signed up and hasn't had 33 treatments in the last 5 seconds :D

national database as far as i can see, for you to volunteer as models (guinea pigs!), for people training in the industry.

From what I've seen (only just signed up myself, seeing a free haircut!), all are in established salons / colleges etc, under full supervision.

The cutters / tinters / tattooers etc can also seek out willing victims, for their work!

Worth a try, unfortunately I can't take advantage of cheap treatments via the local college (bookings via phone, I can't use a phone), so fingers-crossed this works out as lord knows I can't afford treatments otherwise!
