Could I have some help with my SOA please?
There are some high expenses on this but they are all genuine.
Firstly the fuel costs are £470 pm, I travel at least 100 miles per day to get to work and I have a 4x4 which does 25mpg. I need this vehicle to carry surveying equipment and to go over rough ground on site (I'm a site engineer).
The maintenance costs also reflect the high mileage I do.
The child costs of £450 are payments to my ex, this is about £125 higher than the CSA would ask for, but we agreed this years ago and has since stuck (and I don't mind paying it!)
Thanks for your help in advance!

You may have to justify this to the OR - almost 25% of you net income seems a very high amount - does your employer pay anything to this?
The child costs of £450 are payments to my ex, this is about £125 higher than the CSA would ask for, but we agreed this years ago and has since stuck (and I don't mind paying it!)
The OR will normally only allow this at the CSA rate, with any extra being payable out of surplus
Thanks for your help in advance!

Hope that helps, but I would be concerned at having such a significant deficitBSC 2710 -
Thanks for that!
Regarding the fuel costs, that's just the way it is, I work through agencys and normaly have to travel at least 50 miles each way to sites.
Would the OR be suspicious about any deficit?
No matter how I work it I always seem to be overspending!
Which is probably what got me into this mess in the first pace
