Hiya i have read some articles regarding mortgage etc mostly expert stoping us to get mortgages from banks and they are preffering Brokers.
I wanna have a my own mortgages , i know nothing about how to get and when and how to contact with brokers.
suppose if i like a flat or house which is on sale ! then should i contact with any broker regarding that or wot..?
how to approach may be some people find it awfull question but i need to get through proper way ..

It might be wise to talk to a broker first in order for them to tell you how much you could look to borrow. On that basis you would then be able to look at the appropriate properties - no point in looking at £200k properties if you have a £5k deposit and can get a mortgage for £100k
This will save you a lot of time, but also put you in a strong position with vendors, as you will have everything sorted, and would be ready to move quickly
