Equifax vs Callcredit

when i checked my credit file with these both companies they was linking me up with some address where i never been lived and have no concern with that, so now i send all the requested documents to both companies to sort this metter and Equifax have cleard all these links from my file but call credit just rang me today and said well we have removed all linked except T-mobile default link etc , so i need to speak with thme and all as i phoned then today and they was trying to put pressure on me that i am the person who had a contact with us etc and refusing to help me with this matter .....

how could it is posssible that Equifax has cleard me with T-mobile and callcredit having a problem ... i think this system is need to improve and what ever they want to hold they do and doesnt care about the peroson whether he is responsible for that or not ! ?

could you please help me regarding that where should i contact to dispute this matter ? any relevant deparment.

Thanks.

It certainly used to be that you had to contact the company that had put the information onto your file and not the credit reference agency - so in this case it is T Mobile you need to convince that you never defaulted with them and then get them to remove the reference from your file.

  • You have to remember that the likes of Experian, Equifax and Call Credit are nothing more than gossip mongerers. They only repeat what they are told, having no responisibility to verify the facts.

As far as I am aware, though could be wrong as this has always been a gut reaction rather than a known fact for me, the different agencies periodically replicate off of each other. How long ago was the T mobile removed from Equifax?
