Hi,
I'm currently trying to put a picture behind text within a text box, however the text wrapping tab is unavailable, is there a way around this?
I managed it earlier, but not sure how I did it.:o
Please help, thanks

I would usually sort this out in Powerpoint first, as I find it's easier to manipulate there, then cut and paste across.Baby-Mechanic
The only reason I keep smiling is so that people wonder what I've been up to !!0 -
Thanks baby-mechanic, unfortunately it still didn't work

a good starting point would be what version of office/word are you using
But in word 2007 you click > insert tab > select a text box then select > format > text box styles (in the corner is the advanced icon click it, on the first tab select fill effects a dialogue box opens up with a few tabs one of which will be a picture tab select your picture then click > ok back to the first dialogue box (format text box) you can set the transparency.
Sorry if my instructions are a bit difficult to follow but hope that helps0 -
ohyeahitssorcy, thanks for that, unfortunately I was hoping just to include a little picture not fill the background, sorry I'm confusing myself trying to sort this out
Can't understand how I did it earlier, thinks its going to bug me for ages now0 -
So you want the picture behind and the text on the pic.
Or do you want to wrap the picture around the text.0 -
ok sussed it ......
follow instructions here ... http://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/1773/microsoft_word_how_to_wrap_text_around_a_picture/
but instead of inserting a picture in those instructions insert a text box in format select position with text wrapping then follow my instructions above for inserting the picture
