Unforceable Loans

Good evening I have seen lots of various advice about the loans which are classed as unforceable and was initally going to use a company to do this on my behalf however they wanted nearly £600.00 I have a copy of my agreement and highlighted some shortfalls, is there anyone out there that can provide me with examples of letters to use to take this matter further without paying another company to do this and cost be a fortune. Please
