In anticipation of Intels forthcoming Conroe processors, AMD's dual core prices are tumbling ....
Thought that I got a bargain paying approx £50 more a couple of months ago.

PS. If you fancy some overclocking action, generally these are very good. Mine is 100% stable running at 2.7ghz (stock is 2ghz)

Damn. got one 2 weeks ago for 144 thinking THAT was a bargain as it was still 160+ everywhere else
oh well. such is life.
BTW this is a superb chip. easily 2.5ghz with a good fan on it. even with no overclocking it makes the pc much more responsive and usable whatever your doing.0
