Tree DVD?

Just found an new online store called Tree DVD (https://www.treedvd.com/), and was wondering if anyones used them before?
From the quick glance they're prices seem average with a few really good prices. But if they're unreliable I'd rather buy DVD's from somewhere else.
EDIT - They're website seems to be bust, on reflection they don't seem so good

Website seems fine to me. Your URL link doesn't work 'cause you've got an extra ')' in the link.
I ordered from them a couple of days ago (Kill Bill boxset <£12) and got an email this morning saying the item has been dispatched so as long as it turns up in the next few days I'll be happy.Moneysaving is costing me a fortune!0 -

I was going to use them but was curious to find on the checkout page an option to select "recorded delivery" very odd indeed
further investigation discovered T&C No 19. reads something like 'Title passes to you upon payment & despatch along with all risks' ALARM BELLS start to ring so I emailed them. It took a while to get a reply to the question - 5 emails from me 3 from them.
They admit they do not guarantee delivery! you would expect them to say 'No we do not guarantee delivery but we would refund if it did not arrive' Which they did not say - at first - and this is not implied in their T&C's No 19. But when I told them I would be reporting them to trading standards - Jersey and on internet message boards, they sent me an email saying they would refund. I have asked them to clear up what they mean in their T&C, I doubt they will. - Edit: confirmed, they refused to clarify what they mean in T&C No19. and they probably won't be changing it
I advise to proceed (if you must) with caution with Treedvd, others are just as cheap - such as Foxy who have in their T&C "title passes to you upon delivery" far more satisfactory.0
